She runs the rewinder very slowly looking for a variety of potential defects. Our customers give us good marks on our quality. An average roll of booklet labels in our industry is inspected at 5-6 minutes. JH Bertrand's average is 15 minutes. Kim takes a lot of "eye" breaks so she stays fresh.
